Bringing a puppy home is a big decision. We back every Tiny Treasures puppy with a 1-year health guarantee and full transparency, so you can welcome your new companion with complete peace of mind.

1-year guarantee
Cover against life-threatening congenital defects for a full year.
€300 vet coverage
We cover up to €300 of veterinary bills in the first 3 days after arrival.
Vet-checked & vaccinated
Every puppy is examined, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped before travel.

A clear, signed health contract activates and protects your guarantee.
What the 1-year guarantee covers
The guarantee applies if a licensed veterinarian confirms any of the following congenital conditions:
- Heart defects (level 4 or above)
- Congenital organ dysfunction resulting in death
- Any other congenital defect that causes death
What isn't covered
Like any responsible breeder, our guarantee does not extend to common, treatable or environmental conditions:
- Treatable or common disorders (patellar luxation, hernias, open fontanelles, low blood sugar, parasites)
- Natural changes such as eye colour, coat colour or adult weight
- Parasites or worms, which can reappear depending on the puppy's new environment
- Veterinary bills issued after the first 3 days (72 hours) from arrival
How to make a claim
To access the guarantee, please provide the following within one year:

Copies of all initial veterinary examinations clearly indicating the cause

A veterinary examination (autopsy) confirming a 100% congenital cause

All documents submitted within the one-year guarantee period
Settlement & vet-bill coverage
During the first 3 days (72 hours) after your puppy arrives, we cover up to €300 of veterinary bills for treatment. Please allow up to 6 weeks for any refund. The signed health contract must be active for the guarantee to apply — you'll receive it electronically before delivery.

How long does a Tiny Treasures puppy live?
It depends greatly on care, but our puppies come from reputable, health-focused lines and small companion breeds typically enjoy long lives of 12–16 years with good nutrition and veterinary care.
Will my puppy grow in size?
Yes — your puppy is a living animal and will go through a normal growth phase. We give you a realistic adult size and weight estimate, though final size depends on the parents and care.
What can affect my puppy's appearance?
Diet and exercise affect size and weight, and natural changes in coat or eye colour can occur as your puppy matures. These are normal and not defects.
How do I activate the guarantee?
Sign and return the health contract you receive electronically before delivery. The guarantee is active for one year from the contract date.
