From our kennel to your arms is just a few safe steps away. Your puppy's wellbeing is our top priority at every stage of the journey, and we deliver worldwide.

Your puppy's safety comes first

In recent years of our kennel's operation, every one of our puppies has been delivered safely. We reserve the right to postpone a delivery date if there is any risk to a puppy's health — if needed, travel is simply rescheduled to a safer date.

How delivery works

We handle the journey end-to-end and keep you informed at every step.

    Final vet clearance

    Before travel, every puppy passes our final veterinary checks, receives specialist clearance, completes any quarantine and gets the required travel documentation.

    Flights arranged

    We work with a trusted third-party delivery company to adapt to flight schedules and handle indirect routes, choosing the safest option for your puppy.

  3. 3

    We contact you

    Our team contacts you about one week before the scheduled travel date to arrange the handover. If anything changes, we notify you as soon as possible.

  4. 4

    Pick-up at the airport

    Your puppy is picked up at the destination airport — and finally, safely, in your arms.

It depends on the destination and route. The shipping cost covers the flight and safe transport; customs and local fees are paid separately at the destination. We'll give you a clear quote.

Is it safe for the puppy to fly?

Yes. Puppies only travel after passing final veterinary checks and receiving specialist clearance, with all required documentation. Safety always comes before a delivery date.

What if the flight is delayed?

Occasionally airlines change schedules or have space limits. If anything changes we contact you as soon as possible and reschedule safely.
